Ethics / Responsible Conduct of Research

  • An Ethics/Responsible Conduct of Research series for postdocs was initiated in 2011 and continues with one session per quarter. Ethics training is mandatory for postdoctoral trainees supported on NIH T32 training grants and individual NIH NRSAs (F and K fellowships) starting January 2011. Look for these Ethics Seminars as part of our PDA Seminar Series. For more information, contact the Assistant Director.
  • Summer Seminar Series on Scientific Integrity and the Responsible Conduct of Research - This series is designed to help postdoctoral fellows and junior faculty supported by NIH training grants to fulfill their requirements for training in Scientific Integrity and the Responsible Conduct of Research.  However, all are welcome; in the past, faculty, students, and staff from many fields have attended.  Sessions include presented material as well as open discussion.  A certificate of attendance will be provided upon request.  No University of Chicago course credit is assigned for this seminar series. Registration is required.
